Used to refer to a person with an abnormally long face.
Expressed by firmly placing left/right hand on left/right cheek and enunciating the phrase; "Byeeee!"

"wow, that girl doesn't look that bad..."

(girl turns around)

"Wow, boy was I wrong. She's a real,(places hand on cheek firmly), byeee!"
