Gofast is Twin Cities, Minnesota slang for Methamphetamine.

I offered this tweaker at the bus stop my last Newport, and he was so grateful he pulled out these rocks to ask me "You tryna gofast?" I politely declined, just as another homeless man shouts "IS THAT SOME GOFAST?! LETS GOFAST!!"
