The way one would describe "brothas", "homies", "more melanated folk" or anyone who would unironically say "what's gud twin?" when describing them in relation to their characteristic angry, unruly, obnoxious, dangerous and disruptive behavior.
"Yo Jack, you know why we leave our grill out in the front yard here in this neighborhood? It's 'cause none o'them Hellcat Hooligans live around these parts."
