When saying the same word twice changes it's meaning.

Saying the word twice generally gives the word in question more emphasis.

"I heard you like like that girl dude" "Yeah, but you can just say that I have a crush on her instead of using a Likeism!"

"Hey Charlie, do you like Jenna or do you like like Jenna? "

"I heard that John had a baby!" "Yeah, ands she's a baby baby, she's so cute!"
