It is a group (more than one) of people who do the stupidest things. Usually it involves a gay male. This group however, doesnt involve more than 4 people. And in this group there is one leader, usually the gay male. And the group doesnt care about trouble. In fact they are the ones causing trouble.

Bae- it stands for "before anyone else." That refers to a relationship. Basically it is your first boyfriend or girlfriend so in those terms you would call them Bae.
