a phrase used to express acceptance toward a situation (Sarcastic or not) or a phrase used when you can't seem to find the correct word.
*could also be used in a negative form
Connor: dude, naked chicks , tonight. my house. you in?
Kizzle: I accept !
Connor: Awesome, were going to be drinking wine coolers
Kizzle: wow i do not accept what so ever.
