An adjective used to describe behavior that is highly rude, obnoxious, offensive, and socially unacceptable while simultaneously being physically toxic, polluting, or harmful to others. A blend of "toxic" and "obnoxious."

Using a gas-powered leaf blower at 7:00 AM is completely toxious; it ruins the peace of the neighborhood and fills the air with exhaust fumes.
