A Dirty Suzi is usually a married women with 3+ children, her husband won't touch her and the now hates peanut butter.

But to define: A Dirty Suzi means that she will take any man inside her. Usually after just meeting him. All it takes is a hello to this attention deprived woman and you got yourself some easy but low quality trim.

Guy: Went out this weekend...passed a Dirty Suzi a napkin and she let me hit it in the back ally.
