A girl that is in a relationship exclusively on the interent. This definition is based on the concept that the internet is a free zone like international waters.

Man: My wife caught me talking dirty to a girl online, but it wasn't cheating cause she's my cyber girlfriend.

Guy: I watched in awe as my cyber girlfriend stripteased via webcam.
