Weedcel

A person who smokes too much weed or spends most of their free time smoking weed to the point of feeling tired and antisocial. Not to be confused with passive smokers as a Weedcel will defend their addiction such as trying to justify it or berating the person who offended them.

"Ted is such a Weedcel, he just sits in his room all day smoking weed like a loser."
