doolies

Sparse, pubescent facial hair, grown out in an attempt to fashion a genuine beard. Often sported by one who is oblivious to his lack of facial hair, or by a high school student eager to grow a full beard.

Josh: "Look at that guy, he thinks he can grow a beard?"
John: "I know man, someone tell him to shave off those doolies."
