Jealous Bitch Syndrome

The condition most often occurring in ex-girlfriends in which the female becomes hostile towards their ex-partner and then continues to prove a nuisance. This frequently causes difficulty for the male partner in finding or connecting with a new mate.

Tom: Yeah, I was planning on going on a date with Melissa tonight. She's really great, but Katie still sits by me in Calculus and totally tried to cock block me.

Jimmy: Seems like she has a case of Jealous Bitch Syndrome.
