Southern Style 

In regards to food, southern style refers to the mountains of fat and grease used in the cooking process. Usually, the food is a deep-fried fatty meat concoction. But what make it a TRUE Southern style creation is the secret ingredient: good ol' down south racism. Racism is so thick it clogs the arteries.
