An area in which there are more than 10 chachballs (or chach balls) in the same vicinity. Most oftenly found in the Greek community.
K: "Hey, do you want to go to a frat party tonight?"
S: "No, I hate chach bowls. The popped-collar, aviator wearing chachballs get on my nerves."
