Jarvie Eyes 

The eyes may close or appear 'lazy' when under the influence of alcohol or severe intoxification. However the person may not be asleep, but will have the appearance of being asleep.

A few too many Jagerbombs, a few minutes later... boom and the lids are closed. Commonly known as 'Jarvie Eyes'.
