Clusterfucracy

a government or organization operated by a large group of individuals ostensibly working towards the same goal despite actively inhibiting the ability of each of the others to accomplish said goal, whether by accident or intent.

I thought my office was messed up before, but today it went full-blown clusterfucracy on me.
