A situation that is not good; a person having a bad attitude IE: being hellz; a location that is not a good time; also an additive to someones first name who is infact, hellz.

She was being such hellz today.
That bar is SUCH hellz, I won't even go there anymore!
Oh god, you talked to Henhellz today??
