Used specifically to refer to a person who acts in morally underhanded ways to achieve goals using dishonesty and deception. This includes hoodwinkery and bamboozlement.

Guy #1: "Man, did she really cheat on him with his best friend?"

Guy#2: "Yea, that slizzy is shadaloo!"
