1. a black kid that thinks he/she is "hard" and resides in Short Pump or Midlothian, VA.

2. someone that thinks a "court" in Richmond refers to basketball or tennis.

3. an individual who "buys" their necessities (food/hygiene/shoes-FLAVES) after the first week of the month.

4. a person who doesn't have or know what a "ghetto twin" is.
