Pop Up Traffic 

Is when you go to a web page and there are too many pop up ads to be closed. The reason why the internet sucks.

Adam: "I want to to listen to this song but these stupid pop up ads keep coming up."
Will: "You must be stuck in some Pop Up Traffic."
Adam: "Schist. This was a good site."
