Gym crab

A person who power squats with their chest down and does a lot of sumo deadlifts. Despite all their leg work, they are always showing off their upper body. The term comes from the fact that despite having numerous legs, crabs only show off their claws for mating. They can also be referred to as squat lobsters.

Omg that dude is such a gym crab, all those squats and he only shows off his arms!
