Someone who goes after dealers, commonly referred to as bag chaser, or easy head . Would do anything for her next fix . Only out for themselves and don't care who gets hurt in order for them to stay off the street and easy access to their choice of fix.
Can you believe the way jasmine acted, not really its normal for bag chaser to only think about themselves.
