strijder

Strijder is the dutch word for "warrior" or "fighter". Some teenagers (mostly boys) use it for almost anything they find 'cool' or 'chill'. They also use it for what they think are brave and sturdy 'rebels'.

"Those socks are strijder man!"

"He told off a police officer, he's a real strijder"
