A tool that is used to measure how much clout a person has.

John Doe: How much clout do I have?
God: The Cloutometer says that you have 0 degrees of clout. and no, you can't pay for an extra five degrees.

Lil Pump: How much clout do I have?
God: The Cloutometer says you have 100 degrees of clout. Keep up influencing the youth.
