When an overly buoyant poop falls from your rectum only to bounce back out of the toilet water, as if defying gravity, and contacts it's origin. Similar to an inflated foot ball being thrown streight down into a body of water.

I was in the middle of relieving myself, when it hit me.....litterally, I had sheped myself!
