Bukkake is an old Japanese sailor tradition in which a group of shipmates would gather round a paid hooker and simultaneously please themselves, eventually ejaculating onto the kneeling slantern (whore). This was all carried out in the belief that it would give the sailors good luck while out at sea.
It is also commonly known as "circle-jerking" (with the exception that a recieving party must be present).
