An opinionated ignorant person that obtains facts from Bob at the bar whom obtained his opinionated ignorant facts from Dan driving a van whom obtained his opinionated version of truths from truck driving Chuck and so on and so on and so on! All believe the coronavirus is nothing serious and refuse to wear a masks.
