SSRO also known as a "sleep schedule roll over" is the action of fixing a bad sleep schedule by not sleeping for one night, sleeping through the second day and waking up at the desired time on the third without any complaints.
You: I'm doing an SSRO tonight, my sleep schedule is totally gone since summer.
Person: Nice, I won't bother you then the next day.
