atheism

either the belief that there is no god, or the belief that humanity doesn't know enough to make assumptions that lean in any particular direction. not to be confused with satanism which is in fact a religion. atheism is NOT a religion but a lack thereof.

billions of people have died in history by people killing in the name of various gods or religions.
atheism is a bit less violent in most situations, dont you think?
