bucket head 

Person who has a haircut that looks like they squared of an opening in a bucket, put it on their head and cut around it. The opening would be square cut around the facial area.These people often missed some early developmental building blocks that limit their ability to function in society.

Jeff is a bucket head, he just dropped a waterheater on himself with the hot water still inside.
