JB

A JB stands for any one of these:
1. Jiggly Bailey
2. A Jelly Belly
3. Jiggly Belly
4. Jelly Boy
Etc...any two words that start with the letter J and B and that designate an oversized person.
One may call another a JB when this person is plump and overweight

The JB could not jump over the fence when we were running away form the cops.
