The fifteenth stage of the virus known as BOFA. This deadly virus is a very rare form of BOFA and will only occur once someone has gone through all stages of Ligma, Sugma, and other forms of the virus. Macra takes full effect after Ma crotch has made it fully into ones system. After this occurs the infected will immediately become pregnant and die right after Birth.
