When you commit something that embarrasses yourself, you say self serve to alleviate yourself of that act.

muff no notin 

When someone commits an act of embarrassment or "my badness"; the person who witnesses the act can say "muff no notin" and tap him/her upside the head to make him/her be aware of his/her action.

Joe #1 - "Ah joe, I got the crabs from a hoodrat..."
Joe #2 - "Muff no notin, *taps Joe #1 upside the head*"
