An ugly ass girl. Based on the hideous creature of the same name from the video game, Fable.

Example 1: "You have such low standards. Everytime I see you, you're always surrounded by baulverines."

Example 2: "Damn! That girl is a baulverine!"

Example 3: "Stay away from that club. That's where all the baulverines like to hang out."
