Bump, Set, Spike 

The act of first, the male depositing his cum in his partner's belly button (the bump). Second, the male hitting the side of the stomach such that the cum would be projected straight up in the air (the set). Lastly, in a downward motion of the hand, "spiking" the cum onto his partner's upper body and or facial region (the spike).
