Stinky/smelly. More specifically, a part of the body that emits an unpleasant odor. Most commonly referencing feet.

Becky: "I've been walking at work all day, will you rub my feet?"
Jerry: "TINK!!! Put your socks back on. Your tinks are tinky!"
