Blows

Blows means heroin, blow means cocaine. They are two totally different things. It has to have the "s" on it to mean heroin. Everyone knows blow is cocaine in powder form. In urban areas Blows mean bags of heroin.

She just snorted that Blow.
I just went to chicago to get some blows, I got a heroin problem.
