A phrase that contains many types of scenarios. The person may use it to compliment you or as an insult. The person may use the word “Sweetheart” to not call you another name like the word “Bitch”
Person: *Gives Attitude at Waiter*
Waiter: “Look sweetheart (BITCH) you need to get yourself together and stop showing me yo ass”
Kid: *Opens door for guest*
Guest: “Aw, what a sweetheart!”
