The feeling you get when you're at a party and all you want to do is start a fight with someone. Typically accompanied by being being drunk.

"I'm feeling mad pragnicious tonight; I hope that kid I hate shows up."

"I hope somebody just looks at me funny tonight because I'm feeling pragnicious as shit."
