A pain usually caused by a bone break, burn, or any kind of injury that has any long lasting pain. This is the kind of pain that once the medical drugs wear of ur feeling the same amount of pain as you did before the drugs.

Person 1: Aww fuck i think i broke my arm.
Person 2: Is it PainFlow?
Person 1: Yea....im gonna be feeling this later.
