A derogatory slur used to describe an incel who is both short and lacking of attractive features. They tend do be very loud and obnoxious to compensate for their inherently insignificant presence in any sort of social situation or scenario. Their interests and desires often mimic that of a toddler's regardless of age or apparent maturity.
