Caucasionally Challenged

1. A name for latin or half black people who look very pale and get confused for white people very easily. Can also be applied to people who don't like how dark they are, or other nationalities that get confused for white people regularly, such as: Irish, Scottish, Greeks.

2. A name for white people who don't act as the stereotypical white person would, such as not being able to get parking in Boston, or not playing Sudoku every minute of every day.
You: You won't have any trouble hiding in the snow fort dood
Black friend: Dude, I'm black.
You: No you're just caucasionally challenged.

You: Theres a white guy working at that chinese place.

Friend: He's just caucasionally challenged.
