Someone who is extremely annoying and unfunny. On most occasions they think they are funny but the only reason people laugh at them is because they feel bad.

Joe: “Do you know Mack, I heard she’s a real Poop Demon”

Mary: “Oh yeah, I heard shes the most unfunny person in school”
