pot snot 

n. a person that will only smoke the finest pot; refusing to smoke ditch weed or any other sort of "low grade" pot.

"Mandy, call Ryan and see if he can get us ANY smoke, we're out!" said Jace.

"But Bob will have better smoke than Ryan, lets just wait a few more days till we find Bob, I don't like Ryan's bad smoke." said Mandy.

"Mandy, You are such a POT SNOT!" exclaimed Jace.
