The Eastern Oregon Goat. The common facial hair style among many young men in/from Eastern Oregon which is just the chin half of a goatee.

person 1 - "That guy is from Eastern Oregon."
person 2 - "How do you know that?"
person 1 - "Because the mother fucker has an E.O.G. and a camo hat."
