Ottowa Runaround 

The act of being disparaging to POC athletes during a sporting event. Originated from comments made by politicians and TV personalities in the run up to the 1989 Ottowa marathon.

Ugh, commentators are giving Marcus rashford the Ottowa Runaround again. They can't help themselves but put POC athletes down
