a word used to describe someone who is a scaredy cat.

Also used to describe someone who's really shy, and not good at starting conversations or making new friends.

example #1: This guy is such a eitam, he never picks fights or talks back
example #2: this guy seems nice, but he's eitam so I think we should go talk to him first.
