Someone who only smokes in the summer because the UK smoking ban forces them outside, and it is too cold in the winter.

Thomas: Hey Terry, fancy a smoke to celebrate Christmas?
Terry: Are you kidding?! Its freezing outside!
Thomas: Your such a SUMMER SMOKER.
Terry: Huh?!
