Bag of Tricks

In soccer/ football, a repertoire of moves such as feints used to move past opponents.

Ex. Due to a large bag of tricks, Sasha always manages to slip quickly past his/her opponents.

hotstepper

1. Used to define a person who is very skilled or adept at an activity.

2. Used specifically by those in the football/soccer meld to describe a player who possesses great ability to dupe opponents with moves or tricks. Players who possess excellent ball skills and move easily past opponents.

Ex1. Person 1: John paints so well.
Person 2: Yeah, he's a hotstepper.

Ex2. Ashley's a hotstepper, with a bag of tricks a mile wide.
