Entanglement
noun. A temporary relationship with a secretive or self-serving motive. Normally has no label and can be used to describe a former fling, cheating partner, or regretful sexual encounter
“Bro, you sleeping with her?”
“ Man no, she was an entanglement lmao . She was going through a breakup and we hooked up a few times. Then she told me she loved me. I had to ghost her ass.”
“Sasha, why didn’t you ever tell me about him when I asked about your exes?”
“Babe, we were young and he was in a dark place at the time. We didn’t label it because we both knew it was temporary. He was an entanglement.”
